About BlueCat Integrity
BlueCat Integrity is the authoritative platform for DNS, DHCP, and IPAM (DDI) in
large-scale enterprise environments. It’s built for hybrid and multicloud
realities, offering unified visibility, automation, and embedded security across
infrastructure layers. Integrity X, our next-gen release, reimagines the
platform with a modern UI, OpenAPI 3.0, and predictive alerting to support
resilient, scalable, and secure network operations.
Role Overview
We’re seeking a hands-on Software Engineering Manager to lead the Integrity
applications team. You’ll be responsible for driving execution for value-added
applications on top of the Integrity platform – initially focused on analytics.
This role is pivotal in delivering the next wave of innovation for Integrity X
and ensuring our platform continues to meet the evolving needs of enterprise
customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and grow a team of software engineers in Canada, Serbia and contractors
in Vietnam focused on Integrity’s value added services.
• Drive execution of product roadmap initiatives in collaboration with Product
Management and Architecture.
• Champion engineering excellence, including CI/CD, test automation, and secure
coding practices.
• Guide the team through architectural modernization, including RESTful API
development and UI/UX enhancements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery of features across
on-prem and cloud deployments.
• Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in a leadership
role.
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade infrastructure or network
software.
• Experience with hybrid cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern DevOps
practices.
• Prior work with DNS, DHCP, IPAM platforms or network security solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for mentoring and developing engineering talent.
• Demonstrated experience managing remote offshore contractor teams, including
setting clear expectations, maintaining alignment across time zones, and
ensuring quality delivery.
Preferred Experience
• Strong understanding of DDI technologies, cloud-native architectures, and
API-first design.
• Familiarity with BlueCat Integrity or similar platforms (e.g., Infoblox NIOS,
EfficientIP).
• Contributions to open-source projects or standards in networking or
infrastructure.
