About This Opportunity:
We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team. Reporting to the
Manager, FP&A, the Financial Analyst at Docebo plays a crucial role in
supporting our financial planning and analysis activities. This position exists
to ensure accurate and insightful financial data is available to guide strategic
decision-making. The analyst will work closely with the finance team and key
stakeholders across the company to analyze financial performance, manage
budgets, and forecast future financial outcomes. Their work is essential in
helping the company maintain financial health and achieve its growth objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Act as a Business Partner liaising between Finance and departments across the
sales and marketing organization to assist in business decisions while also
explaining “the story behind the numbers”
- Develop and build financial models to support the annual budget and
monthly/quarterly forecast through partnering with the business to develop
and agree on the key assumptions underlying the financial models
- Analyze and report actual results compared to budget and forecast estimates,
preparing appropriate variance explanations, bridge analyses and key
financial metrics as part of the month-end and quarter-end packages
- Prepare and present in-depth monthly and quarterly variance analysis on
actual performance versus budget and forecast
- Work closely with Accounting and business partners to prepare monthly
accruals and month-end variance analysis
- Provide financial expertise in the development of business cases to support
new initiatives and/or enhancements to current processes
- Create ad-hoc analysis to address concerns or answers queries generated by
management
- Perform other job duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of progressive Finance experience in an financial planning and
analysis / accounting role
- Professionally designated as a CPA, or another equivalent financial
designation or actively working towards it
- Bachelor's degree (ideally in an accounting or finance-related field) or
equivalent experience.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills, creating dynamic
presentations and ability to work cross-functionally
- Experience partnering with management to share business insights and support
them in understanding their business
- Advanced excel skills / Google Sheets skills, including the use of complex
formulas and pivot tables to simplify data, and experience building excel
templates and models
- Can build positive relationships, and demonstrates commitment, effort and a
go-getter attitude
- Exhibit great learning agility and the ability to work effectively under
tight and conflicting deadlines.
