As a collaborative practice, we offer a high-volume referral network, modern surgical operatories, established clinical and admin systems, and specialty OMFS-trained assistants. Our surgeons are routinely booked 1-4 months in advance, the incoming surgeon will step directly into a well supported and structured environment. Our clinic is built and our team is trained for procedural efficiency — offering autonomy, predictability, and independence. This opportunity replaces a departing OMFS and is ideal for providers seeking a consistent, organized surgical schedule with no restorative load and a team trained for OMFS workflow.
