Seasonal Greenhouse Positions – Spring 2026 Recruitment
Looking ahead to late winter and early spring 2026, Hendriks Greenhouses will be hiring seasonal team members to join us during our busiest time of year. If you’re looking for a hands-on role in a dynamic greenhouse environment and enjoy working in a fast-paced setting with a great group of people, this is your chance to grow with us!
What You’ll Be Doing:
Prepare work areas daily and coordinate with other departments for required materials
Ensure crops meet quality standards, including watering and staging
Report any quality concerns before processing
Work with team members to complete tasks such as planting, potting, tagging, propping, sleeving, and filling orders
Assist with unloading pots and applying UPC labels
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Perform other general labour duties as assigned
Working Conditions:
Physical work, including standing for extended periods, pushing/pulling carts, and lifting objects up to 50 lbs
Repetitive tasks may be required
Work in varying temperatures, including extreme heat

A strong team player with a positive attitude
Ability to meet the physical demands of the role
Willingness to work in a greenhouse environment with fluctuating temperatures
Reliability and attention to detail
CSA-approved steel-toe shoes required
Reliable transportation to and from our facility
