Monitor and respond promptly to all incoming service-related emails and phone calls. Create work orders in dispatch software that include accurate customer contact details, clear problem descriptions, and all relevant equipment nameplate information. Schedule Field Service jobs by entering them into the dispatching calendar, and coordinate timing and resources with internal teams. Arrange for necessary tools, equipment, and delivery logistics, including coordinating in-house delivery drivers. Send daily job details and work orders to Field Service staff prior to site visits. Keep customers informed with timely updates on job status and progress. Support the Service Coordinator Team Lead with the preparation of customer quotes. What You Will Bring: Beneficial Attributes: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple customers’ priorities effectively. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and experience working with calendar scheduling tools. Sufficient computer experience to allow for training on proprietary software Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and coordinate logistics. Willingness to contribute towards a dynamic team environment dedicated to customer service excellence. Prior experience in coordinating services for a mechanical services company, delegation of labour resources or a dispatching role will be considered a valuable asset.
