Join the Pros! The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of orders for shipment. This includes packing, labeling, and verifying shipment contents, as well as coordinating with carriers to ensure proper delivery. There will also be a requirement to deal with customers who walk into the counter sales area. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, good communication skills, and experience in warehouse operations. What’s in it for you? Verify orders and ensure accuracy of items, quantities, and labeling. Label and generate shipping documents, including tracking numbers, packing slips, and invoices. Deal with inbound customer sales at the pickup counter Operate shipping equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and wrapping machines as needed. Communicate with carriers to schedule pickups and ensure timely delivery of shipments. Maintain inventory of shipping materials such as boxes, tape, labels, and other packing supplies. Ensure all shipments meet company standards and customer requirements. Collaborate with the receiving team to resolve discrepancies in shipments or inventory. Track and update shipment statuses and coordinate with customers as necessary. Maintain a clean and organized shipping and customer pick up areas to ensure safety and efficiency. What you will bring: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience with scanners / digital inventory tools for picking / receiving, preferred Minimum one to two (1-2) years of experience in a warehouse or shipping role. Knowledge of shipping procedures, freight companies, and shipping software. Ability to lift and move packages (up to 50 lbs). Familiarity with inventory management and order fulfillment systems. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional customer service and communication skills Must be dependable and reliable and willing to take initiative Forklift certification (preferred but not required).
