With 9 cutting-edge manufacturing facilities, 13+ distribution centers, and over 900 employees across 20+ North American locations, we’re driven by bold growth, creativity, and a commitment to excellence—all within a collaborative and inclusive work environment.Job DescriptionHandle products carefully to bring them to the storage line using a propane or electrical sit-down forklift;Transport various materials and/or supplies for operational needs;Inspect machinery before the start of each shift and change operators as required;Ensure the cleaning of the premises and equipment to keep the work environment clean and safe;Review work completed on previous shift and work to be completed according to priorities established by the production supervisor;Notify the production supervisor of any mechanical breakdowns;Operate the forklift safely and meticulously;Be very vigilant in the method of driving, in order to avoid accidents and/or overturns: pedestrians, buildings, fixed equipment, trucks and other machinery;Use the forklift according to its capabilities and limits;Outdoor work environment;Be buckled up at all times;Responsible for cleaning the interior and exterior of the machine;Comply with company health and safety rules;All other related duties.QualificationsValid forklift operator's competency card or to be renewed; Experience as a sit-down forklift operator (1 year minimum);Self-motivated and proactive;Good attendance record; Resourcefulness;Punctual person;Ensure compliance with work safety standards and instructions.
