Essential Skills/Experience: High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred) 5–7 years’ experience providing administrative support to senior leaders or executives, preferably within a large, complex, matrixed organization Previous experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industry is highly regarded Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and familiarity with tools like Concur, Coupa, and SharePoint Proven strengths in multitasking, prioritization, and project management, with the ability to coordinate multiple complex projects simultaneously Keen attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to resolve complex issues with creativity and discretion Excellent verbal and written communication and the ability to confidently engage with stakeholders at all levels, including executives Experience in office management, vendor coordination, and process improvement Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and anticipate team and business needs Great People want to Work with us!
