Your Role:
The Platform Transformation Senior Vice President for CitcoRecs is a key member of the team and plays an integral role in designing and delivering automated processes within the reconciliation tools for Citco. Working within The Platform Transformation Group, you will be a part of a specialized team within the Transformation Office, who perform analytics, identify efficiencies and mitigate risk that maintain Citco’s competitive advantages in the industry across their core applications. CitcoRecs is Citco’s strategic reconciliation utility which produces streamlined reconciliations, to deliver high-quality financial data to managers in the most efficient manner.
The Senior Vice President will work with colleagues across the Transformation Office and business unit representatives to optimize and digitize operational processes to deliver bottom-line results for Citco.
Strategic Project Oversight
Drive multiple enterprise-wide initiatives from inception to completion
Oversee project lifecycles, including planning, analysis, development, and deployment
Manage executive stakeholder relationships and expectations
Lead Steering Committee, Working Group and Scrum meetings
Ensure timely delivery of strategic milestones
Executive Team Management
Build and lead high-performing development teams
Optimize resource planning and allocation

Review and approve solution designs and documentation
