As an Integrator for Workday HR & Payroll, you will play a crucial role in bringing together different people, teams, business areas, and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of colleague impacting changes. This role offers the opportunity to support the continued evolution of our existing Workday solution, ensuring the needs of our colleagues are met and helping to drive forward the adoption of future ready capabilities, in collaboration with Workday as a partner. The purpose of the this role is to ensure seamless collaboration across various areas, in supporting the planning and execution of prioritised backlog initiatives. Establishing commitment across all dependent elements, identifying and supporting the mitigation of risks to delivery, alongside safely managing complex or high-risk implementations across multiple parties. This will also include providing expert support for the completion of platform change framework governance, including infrastructure service introduction. Strong skills in communication, influencing, planning, agile delivery methods (inc. tooling), and expertise in driving collaboration, are all critical requirements of this super important role. Job Description What the role will entail: Develops the sequence for integration related tasks in collaboration with the PO and aligned to the Lab or Feature team/s backlog Catalogues and manages dependencies between the lab/team and other areas, both internal and external to LBG Works with these stakeholders to ensure interlock maintained, enabling the team/s to deliver at pace, acting as the interface between all parties Identifies blockers to delivery and mitigates these through effective resolution and contingency planning, leveraging leadership support where required Manages complex and high-risk implementations requiring integration between multiple parties (internal/external) to ensure safe delivery Coordinates the integration process and / or implementation events across shared infrastructure, including leading on the Service Introduction process, and coordination of relevant parties to implement the introduced changes Provides expertise and supports relevant completion of platform change framework governance, ensuring change delivery compliance and control. Key Requirements: Change Management using Agile Delivery Methodology and Tooling, including a robust understanding of a product lifecycle Strong stakeholder management and demonstrable ability to communicate effectively at all levels, and across a diverse range of people, teams and external partners Experience leading change initiatives across multi-functions It will also be super if you have the following: Experience in implementing Workday products or features Expertise in delivering agnostic HR technology solutions A sound understanding of Workday business processes, compliance requirements, and best practices.
