As a Product Marketing Advisor, you'll be instrumental in supporting our product team to drive market awareness, demand generation, and customer engagement. This role focuses on developing go-to-market strategies, messaging and content that aligns with our product roadmap and business objectives. Responsibilities include positioning ESC products, highlighting their features and benefits, determining pricing strategies and executing comprehensive go-to-market plans.
Your creativity is your superpower, allowing you to craft compelling narratives and value propositions that resonate with our stakeholders. Your primary goal is to drive product adoption, usage and sales by clearly communicating value of our offering to target clients. This involves deep, targeted marketing for individual products, aimed at clients, prospects, sales teams, partner and support teams. Success will be fueled by your strategic thinking and creativity in communicating the value of our products to target clients driving adoption, usage, sales, and alignment with clients and market needs
Collaboration is at the heart of what you do – working seamlessly with various business units and project management teams to capture requirements, provide recommendations, and brief various stakeholder teams. Plus, you'll keep our marketing collateral fresh and accurate.

What You'll Do:
Go-to-Market & Product Positioning: Develop and execute GTM strategies for new product launches and enhancements. Define product messaging and positioning to ensure market differentiation.
Marketing Campaigns & Demand Generation: Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness and lead generation. Partner with sales and product teams to create targeted campaigns.
Content Development & Sales Enablement: Create engaging marketing collateral, including whitepapers, case studies, presentations, and website content, from blog posts and articles to social media updates, infographics, and videos. Develop sales enablement tools to support account managers.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Define and track key marketing KPIs, including campaign performance, lead generation, and product adoption. Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership on marketing effectiveness and ROI.
Collaboration: Work seamlessly with product, sales, leadership, and all cross functional teams to capture requirements, provide recommendations, and brief various stakeholder teams.
Stay Organized: Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure projects are not just completed but are delivered on time and within budget. Keep content calendars on point for consistent delivery across platforms.
What You Bring:
Education: A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience: 5+ years of proven work experience as a Product Marketing Advisor or in a similar role. Experience in the Canadian Healthcare, Group Insurance, or Pharmacy industry is considered a strong asset
Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
Digital Marketing Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
Tech Savvy: Proficient in using marketing automation and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
Communication and Influence: Ability to communicate a compelling brand vision across all levels paired with strong presentation, and persuasion skills
Organization and Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to juggle multiple projects with ease.
Planning: Use of data and market insights to guide decision making and long-term planning
Collaboration and Cross-Functional Alignment – working across departments to ensure alignment and consistency. Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Problem solving: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex situations, identify root causes, and develop effective, practical solutions in a timely manner.
Bonus Skills: Knowledge of video editing, CMS, and social media scheduling software.
