Description Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor - Automotive & Manufacturing
Salary: $28.00-$30.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time | Monday to Friday | 8:00am-5:30pm (with occasional overtime for late orders)

About the Role We're looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations in a busy warehouse environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, hands-on experience, and a background in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you'll oversee a team, ensure safe and efficient workflows, and play a key role in delivering next-day orders to customers.

What You'll Do - Supervise and coordinate warehouse operations: receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Train, coach, and provide feedback to warehouse staff.
- Monitor team productivity, schedule shifts and breaks, and support performance improvement.
- Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and audits.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as needed (certification required).
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and maintain a clean, organized environment.
- Collaborate with logistics, purchasing, and customer service to resolve issues.
- Report equipment problems, safety concerns, and process inefficiencies.
What We're Looking For - 2-3 years of warehouse experience (automotive or manufacturing preferred).
- 1+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
- Certified to operate Counterbalance, Reach and Cherry Picker forklifts.
- Skilled with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
