Business Analyst – Archer Platform
(Governance, Risk & Compliance)
This role supports Archer’s Integrated Approach Program (IAP), which unifies governance, risk, and compliance activities to meet OSFI E-21 and B-10 requirements. The focus is on improving resilience through centralized risk data, enhanced data governance, and better-informed decision-making.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct business process analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across multiple teams.
• Engage with business clients to prepare presentations and review project plans and status updates.
• Collaborate with business users, technology teams, and project sponsors to ensure alignment.
• Support data migration, integration, and conversion activities.
• Create workflow diagrams, use cases, and data flow diagrams for technical documentation.
• Perform QA duties, including writing test cases, executing tests, and documenting results.
• Assist in project management tasks such as timeline tracking, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates clearly through written and verbal channels.
• Troubleshoot issues and propose solutions to enhance platform functionality and user experience.
What you will need to succeed:
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or a related discipline.
• Archer Admin certification is an asset.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including at least 2 years working with the Archer platform.
• Experience with QA testing, including writing and executing test cases and documenting results.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Archer platform capabilities, features, and limitations.
• Proficiency with data analysis and documentation tools.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
