Here at GFL, we are known for tackling the toughest jobs in the most demanding environments! Key Responsbilities: You'll operate vacuum trucks and related equipment to support a variety of sectors. This includes but is not limited to: Follow strict safety protocols and job-specific procedures. Assisting in water treatment plant maintenance. Responding to oil spills and environmental cleanups. Removing and transporting hazardous and non-hazardous waste. Cleaning out septic, grease traps, and sanitary systems. Maintain cleanliness of tools and equipment. Assist in industrial services operations and other lines of business as required. Knowledge, Skills & Competencies: Valid DZ or AZ license. Safety-focused and dependable. Ability to perform physically strenuous work for extended periods and in dirty environments (ability to lift 50 pounds, kneeling, bending, and crouching). Prior experience in vacuum truck services, industrial cleaning or environmental response is considered an asset.
