The SAFO Manager ensures quality control through production and ensures the team is fully versed and knowledgeable about Italian cuisine, meats and cheeses to provide product recommendations.Reports to the General Manager of Retail and to the Fresh Market Manager. Reports functionally to the Head of Salumi and Formaggi, Eataly North America.
