Your tasks at a glance
- You present treatment options to prospective patients.
- You provide accurate information to patients regarding surgery, pricing, and
scheduling.
- You manage and address patient questions accurately, concisely, and in a
timely manner.
- You enhance patient satisfaction by delivering personalized consultations,
building rapport, and facilitating steps of their patient journey.
- You are proficient in using computer tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and
EMR systems for tasks such as results tracking, reporting, follow-ups, and
managing patient-related activities.
A clear view of your assets
- You have an interest in the medical field and have a passion for delivering
excellent customer service.
- You have a broad background in customer service or retention in a relevant
industry such as cosmetics, retail, banking, insurance, travel sales,
restaurants, gyms, etc.
- Your experience as an account manager or sales representative is considered
an asset.
- You have the desire to succeed while helping customers achieve their goals.
- You are organized, results-oriented, self-disciplined, and have excellent
prioritization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- You find it easy to connect with others and quickly build trust.
- Required: You can travel for training to other clinics in the GTA region.
- Schedule: You have flexible availability on Mondays (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM) and
Tuesday through Saturday (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM).
