This role will be located in the Illawarra / Shoalhaven region with required to travel across South / West Sydney. What You’ll Do Manage tenancy agreements, rent processes, and eligibility screening Support tenants through onboarding, needs assessments, and referrals Oversee property inspections and maintenance coordination Maintain compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act and internal policies Collaborate with asset and support teams to improve resident outcomes What You’ll Bring Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills Proficient in tenancy legislation, property systems, and reporting 5+ years’ experience in tenancy or housing management Tertiary qualifications in Social Work or related fields (desirable) Current driver’s licence required Why Anglicare?
