In this role you will:
Identify and execute projects that will deliver productivity savings and improve reliability of current processes
Apply process improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma, and statistical tools to identify solutions
Coach and develop operational personnel
Establish collaborative relationships with members of teams across multiple departments to facilitate learning and improvements
You have:
Post secondary accreditation in a relevant engineering discipline
Excellent computer skills, with experience in programs such as AutoCAD, Solid Works, Power BI, and Microsoft Office
Proven leadership skills and experience with leading by example
A keen focus on the little things and an understanding of the importance of attention to detail. You understand that no one thing can be overlooked, and there is no such thing as sacrificing quality
