Job Purpose
Supports the Manager in developing and executing the HRM services and programs in GTA.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Maintains accurate records and manages the Human Resource Information System
- Coordinates the recruitment and onboarding process for non-management staff.
- Participates in the screening and assessment of non-management staff.
- Collates training and development needs as identified through the appraisal process or training needs analysis
- Assists with identifying resources to address individual and organizational training and development needs in collaboration with individual team members and managers
- Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations in accordance with legal requirements.
- Oversees leave management, ensures the timely submission of performance reviews and assists with organising staff schedules.
- Coordinates benefits administration ensuring timely submission of medical claims; NIS claims and pension documentation.
- Plans and coordinates employee engagement initiatives including teambuilding activities and wellness programmes
- Performs any other duties as required from time to time.

Job Specification
Qualification, Experience, Knowledge & Abilities, and Skills
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or professional qualifications accredited by a recognised professional body.
Experience:
At least three (3) years work experience in an HR environment.

· Adept conflict management skills while demonstrating
