Do you love the outdoors and enjoy helping others get ready for their next adventure? Ultimate Sports is looking for energetic and customer-focused Retail & Rental Associates to join our team this upcoming winter season!
In this role, you’ll help guests find the right gear and apparel for their mountain experience — from renting skis and snowboards to recommending the perfect jacket or goggles. You’ll be part of a team that creates unforgettable moments on the mountain, whether you're setting up bindings or suggesting the best gear for the conditions.
What You’ll Do:
Greet and assist customers with rentals, retail purchases, and gear recommendations
Fit and adjust ski/snowboard gear, including bindings and boots
Share product knowledge and offer advice on equipment care and usage
Operate point-of-sale systems and handle transactions, exchanges, and returns
Keep shelves stocked, displays organized, and the store clean and welcoming
Support inventory tracking, unpacking, pricing, and restocking
Stay up-to-date on outdoor gear trends and maintain a passion for mountain sports
Promote a positive, safe, and helpful store experience for every guest
What We’re Looking For:
A passion for skiing, snowboarding, or outdoor adventure
Friendly, outgoing personality with great communication skills
Previous retail or rental experience is a strong asset
Interest or experience in ski/snowboard gear fitting or tuning is a plus
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
