Job Summary
Revelstoke Mountain Sports School seeks to recruit and retain experienced, attentive and enthusiastic employees to represent the Mountain Bike School as a certified instructor, to lead groups of all levels. Our focus is to provide our Guests with a memorable experience at RMR, in a fun and safe learning environment for all participants.
Essential Job Functions
Maintain a safe environment for all guests and staff
Lead and teach a variety of Mountain Bike programs including groups and private lessons, clinics and camps
Represent the resort in a positive, professional manner
Develop and close sales opportunities, selling commissionable lessons
Assist Mountain Sports School management and other departments, including off-mountain assignments

Required Qualifications and Abilities
Eligible to work in Canada
Provide proof of SIN # - can be physical card or documentation provided by Canadian Government
PMBIA Level 2 Certification – and/or other recognized International Instructor Certification Organization
Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
Ability to teach both children and adults, at the appropriate level.
Passion for the mountains, guest service and the sport
Bondable, with a criminal record check less than 3 months old

Hourly Wage: Starting at $24.00 / Hour
