OneSchool Global is seeking a dynamic and creative Student Support Leader for our Montreal Campus (located in Baie-D'Urfe)! The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting students and have experience working with students who need additional support.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide academic and behavioral support for students with Learning Disabilities and behavioural challenges
· May be required to teach directed studies courses such as English and Math curricula as developed by a certified teacher.
· Collaborate with the local team to address the student's needs and support inclusive instruction.
· Maintain accurate records of the student's progress and activities.
· Foster a positive and supportive learning environment.Qualifications:
· Bachelor of Education; additional coursework in education, special education or Applied Behavioural Analysis preferred.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and transferring.
· Patience, empathy, and a commitment to supporting the student's educational and personal development.
Requirements:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with peers.Demonstrated leadership experience in school or community settings.Passion for education and commitment to fostering a positive school culture.Ability to work collaboratively with staff and students from diverse backgrounds
