Responsibilities:
Responsible for AP invoice entry/data entry (coding POs, Reviewing and Entering)
Expense report processing (Coding PO’s, Reviewing Receipts, taxes, GL Accounts and Entering)
Monthly Credit Card Reconciliations (Reviewing Receipts, Invoice entry and Payment allocations)
Manage AP Inbox
Respond to Internal and external queries and statements
Reconcile accounts, ensure orders are received and invoiced accurately, and resolve account discrepancies with vendors on a timely basis
Analyze and reconcile vendor statements and manage vendor Aging
Reconcile AP ledger and help clean up old outstanding Invoices
Other duties as assigned
Skills:
Post secondary education (Accounting)- College or university
Some experience in a high-volume manual environment
Knowledge of Accounts Payable best practices, standard concepts, policies, and procedures would be an asset
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, analytical and problem-solving skills, with an attention to detail
Experience working in a team-oriented environment and able to work independently
This role is a one year contract
