The Product Integration Coordinator will play an integral part in ensuring R&D concepts are integrated smoothly into the production process. Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, the Product Integration Coordinator will work cross-departmentally with the goal of ensuring all departments are well informed and up to date across all stages of the new product launch process.
Description
Maintain master files that outline timelines, milestones, and resource allocation for all SKU modifications and new product launches.
Execute shelf-life testing for new products and formulation change
Maintain the sample inventory of shelf life and customer samples
Conduct post-launch reviews to assess the success of the product and identify lessons learned for future launches.
Coordinate and review the functionality of new packaging designs
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, quality. assurance, marketing, and supply chain, to ensure alignment on project goals.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders involved in the product launch, providing regular updates and facilitating effective communication.
Organize and lead meetings to discuss project progress, address challenges, and align on next steps.
Identify potential risks that could impact the launch and develop mitigation strategies.
Address issues as they arise, facilitating quick resolution to keep the project on track.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting notes, project plans, and reports on progress and outcomes.
Prepare and present status reports to senior management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Participate in improvement initiatives, as assigned by the manager.
Other tasks and responsibilities, as assigned by the manager.
Who you are:
Post-secondary degree/certificate program in a related discipline
Proficient in software applications relevant to the work and area of responsibility (e.g. MS word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, PowerApps, Power BI, etc.)
Strong understanding of production processes
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with food industry regulations and quality standards.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
Proficient in technical writing and process mapping with the ability to produce such in various output formats for technical and non-technical audiences.
Exceptional English written and communication skills.
