The Senior Marketing Manager role encompasses the strategic oversight and execution of a company’s marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with its long-term goals and brand identity across the Residential Portfolio. This position involves a blend of creative thinking and analytical prowess to develop, implement, and monitor marketing strategies that effectively engage target audiences and drive business growth. By collaborating with various departments, the Senior Marketing Manager ensures that marketing efforts are cohesive across all channels and resonate with consumers, ultimately leading to increased brand awareness and revenue. Their expertise allows them to adapt to market trends and consumer behaviors, making informed decisions that contribute to the company’s success.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Email Database Management
Strategize and execute email campaigns to engage potential tenants and nurture leads.
Collaborate with leasing teams to determine content, promotions, and feature suites.
Optimize email distribution for maximum reach and effectiveness.
Increase brand awareness and reach across multiple platforms.
Social Media Management
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to drive leads and enhance brand visibility.
Work with the GWLRA corporate team to create engaging content, ensuring alignment with brand messaging to tell the GWLRA multi-residential story.
Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to refine strategy and optimize returns.
Brand Management
Cultivate and maintain relationships with industry publications, media outlets, and community organizations.
Find innovative ways to connect with target audiences through strategic marketing, partnerships, and sponsorship opportunities.
Plan and execute campaigns for the promotion and launch of new product developments.
Define marketing materials and programs and manage their production and distribution.

Reporting
Generate and analyze weekly and monthly marketing reports to evaluate campaign performance and ROI.
Utilize data-driven insights to inform strategic leasing and marketing strategies for maximum results.
Website and Digital Marketing
Lead website design and development projects, to optimize user experience and lead generation capabilities.
Co-ordinate digital marketing efforts to drive qualified leads, including social media, email, and online advertising campaigns.
Leadership and Management
This role involves managerial responsibilities, where you will oversee the training and development of the marketing team. Your duties will include setting goals and regularly monitoring the portfolios and objectives of the marketing team.
This position entails the creation of action plans to rectify areas of concern. The focus remains on aligning plans with the overarching goals and objectives.
Effectively convey strategies and objectives to diverse stakeholders
Write and deliver performance reviews.
Guiding and inspiring the marketing team to achieve their best performance.
QUALIFICATONS
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration or related field
5+ years of extensive experience in sales, marketing, advertising, and brand management
Proficient in using Microsoft Suite and various marketing software (Dynamics, Excel, CRM)
Proven dynamic leadership and project management skills.
Strategic, innovative, and creative personality with a strong business acumen
A passion for working in and managing a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Adept multi-tasker with the ability to quickly prioritize and effectively delegate tasks.
