The Business Management Assistant is responsible for monitoring tasks involved in marketing, sales and production, supporting the Product Manager in decision making and developing strategies to promote a product while ensuring the efficiency of the implemented product development and marketing strategies.
Bilingual skills in English & Korean is mandatory.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Product Management:
Assist with Product, Market, Industry, and Pricing research to identify the business opportunities and develop the strategy for business growth
Track and manage product issues identified across the organization with cross functional team, and determine the course of action to resolve
Support organizational sales and margin goals with functional team
Daily communication with external/internal customers to fulfill their needs in a timely manner
Demand Management:
Analyzes sell-in and sell-out forecasting trends and aligns future demand to meet the trends and current market conditions
Reviews current inventory levels and adjusts supply plans to align with target levels of safety stock and total inventory plans
Supply Management:
Takes the forecasted volumes and ensures purchase order generation occurs to procure products from the associated factories
Troubleshoots coverage plans and supply disruptions on an on-going basis and re-aligns volume forecasts to match inbound supply plans
Sales and Operations:
Reviews the forecasting, sales capability, inventory KPI’s for alignment and meeting business requirements
Prepares and analyzes the sales and operations for each product group; highlights and presents to the business the status of the business on a weekly basis and monthly basis.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Bilingual in English and Korean
Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Commerce
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Must be able to operate with a high degree of urgency and integrity and manage multiple deadlines and priorities with a focus on quality and detail
Self-starter with proven ability to take complete ownership of a project, by asking the right questions and knowing
Planning and organizational Skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office: Excel and PowerPoint
Experience presenting to upper-level management within the organization
