Customer PM Documents review and editing, ensuring machine vulnerabilities are covered by routine Preventative Maintenance plans. Offer Dealer Support Network (DSN) assistance to customer, obtaining factory guidance for repairs and questions. Enhance relationships with customers, sales support, and the rest of the Finning team *Candidate selection will be in accordance with the current Collective Agreement Qualifications: Interprovincial Heavy Equipment Technician Certification (Red Seal Off Road) Valid driver’s license with a successful recent drivers abstract 5+ years demonstrated experience with Drills, Shovels and Electric Ropes (CAT an asset) Solid computer proficiency including CAMP, CAT ET, VIMS and experience with BCS 3 & Controllers (Servo/Drive/Auxiliary) Exceptional interpersonal and customer relation skills, possess a strong business acumen and can communicate effectively Any future shift changes that may occur will be made in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Collective Agreement** Note: This position is based on a 7x7 continuous shift rotation with your home base as Prince George Travel allowance Camp Accommodations A condition of employment includes the ability to obtain Customer Site Access (may include Drug & Alcohol, and Fitness testing) and the ability to be fit tested / wear a respirator Union Membership: You are required to become a member of the Union associated with this position.
