We’re looking for an experienced hospitality leader to join us as Spa Manager at Meadow Spa in Banff. This is a chance to bring your leadership skills into a new setting, oversee a talented team, and gain department head experience in a thriving wellness environment.

What You’ll Do:
Oversee daily spa operations, including front desk, massage, and aesthetics teams.
Coach, train, and inspire a high-performing, guest-focused team.
Manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, and purchasing with precision.
Collaborate with the Director of Spas to set goals and drive results.
Lead with professionalism and positivity, fostering our signature Caribou Culture.
What You Bring:
Strong leadership experience in hospitality, guest services, or a related field.
Excellent communication and confident decision-making under pressure.
A guest-first approach and the ability to lead by example.
Spa or wellness experience is an asset, but not essential — we’ll train the right leader.
