Reporting to the IT Infrastructure Manager, the System Administrator plays a strategic role in the management, design, implementation and maintenance of the company's technology infrastructure. He ensures the stability, performance, security and scalability of IT systems, while providing advanced technical expertise to solve complex problems and support the IT team in the continuous improvement of services.

As System Administrator – IT Infrastructure, you must be able to
Design, deploy and manage robust and secure IT infrastructures (servers, virtualization, storage, network, cloud services).
Ensure the proper functioning of Windows environments, including Active Directory, PowerShell, DNS, DHCP, and GPO.
Manage virtualization environments (e.g., VMware) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
Administer backup and recovery solutions, particularly Veeam Backup & Replication.
Configure and manage Cisco Meraki networking equipment and services (firewalls, switches, Wi-Fi access points).
Proactively monitor performance, detect anomalies, and apply patches.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
Plan and execute updates, migrations, and backups according to best practices.
Collaborate with the Cyber Security team in the application of security policies, including audits, access management and vulnerability testing.
Mentor and support junior and mid-level system administrators in incident resolution and technological evolution.
What makes you an asset to our team:
DEC in computer science or equivalent.
7 to 10 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure.
Relevant certification(s) an asset.
Bilingualism (French/English) required.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft environments (Windows Server, Exchange, Azure, AWS).
Extensive experience with virtualization tools, storage solutions, and backups, including Veeam.
Strong experience in Cisco network administration, particularly Cisco Meraki (MX, MS, MR).
Good knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, networking (LAN, WAN, VPN, firewall) and ITIL standards.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
Ability to write clear documentation and simplify complex technical concepts.
Natural technical leadership with a collaborative approach.
Analytical mind, rigor and autonomy.
Proactivity and willingness to innovate in infrastructure optimization.
