We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will work with the project and contract administration teams to assist in the distribution and coordination of technical and administrative information on projects, ensuring that the completion and filing of documents are in accordance with the project deliverables and NORR standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
Distribute and coordinate project deliverables and schedules for all project stages
Lead project document control and exchange process, liaising with internal and external team members
Manage and maintains a schedule for milestone documentation, Shop Drawings, RFIs, Certificates of Payments etc.
Attend internal project meetings; take and distribute minutes and follow up on important action items
Orders, prints, and uploads project drawings and ensures appropriate seals and stamps are affixed prior to distributing to contractors, clients, and consultants
Effectively communicate with clients, contractors and senior staff
Required Skills
Demonstrate understanding of architectural and engineering consulting industry
Communicate with clarity, verbally in one on one or group situations or over the telephone
Excels at writing reports, composing clear documents with strong editing and/or proof reading
Has Advanced computer skills to produce reports, documents, and presentations. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software
Has post-secondary education in relevant Architecture or Engineering program
Required Experience
2-4 years of project work experience
