As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you’ll be a key contributor to designing critical infrastructure that supports healthcare environments where safety, reliability, and innovation are paramount. What You’ll Do
Lead and execute complex electrical engineering assignments with autonomy.
Innovate by modifying established guidelines and developing new approaches.
Solve unique design and field engineering challenges using creative thinking.
Recommend improvements to design standards to reduce costs and enhance quality.
Mentor junior team members and guide technical investigations.
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies to ensure project success.
Manage mid-sized to large projects, ensuring alignment with budget, schedule, and performance goals.
Prepare reports, cost estimates, and recommendations for design changes.

What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or equivalent certification.
8+ years of experience, ideally in a consulting environment.
Strong knowledge of electrical design principles, codes, and best practices.
Proven ability to lead projects and solve complex engineering problems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in engineering software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and load calculation tools.
Experience in healthcare facility design is a strong asset.
