Job Description
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and communicating with clients. He will oversee changing orders and following up on them with the clients.
Role and responsibilities
Respond and maintain all customer requests via phone, fax, and email accurately and in a timely manner, while exceeding their expectations.
Develop, maintain and sustain a positive relationship with all customers.
Identify, develop and formulate growth strategies with the sales and marketing management team.
Responsible for selling CMP’s full line of services and capabilities and occasionally meet/visit with customers while always reflecting positive company image.
Initiate and maintain prime contact on all customer special projects and to follow up on said projects internally and externally until completion.
Communicate major customer issues internally at CMP.
Achieve a positive selling variance.
Maintain and review all contracts and blanket orders on a continuous basis (contracts reviewed by CFO) as well as forecasts by products on all assigned customer accounts.
Process and coordinate all customer requests, purchase orders, quotations, issue changes.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
More than 3 years of relevant experience.
Excellent customer service.
Excellent level with Microsoft Excel.
Meticulous and attention to detail.
Confident and interpersonal skills.
Able to work under pressure.
Energetic and positive.
Master the French language and the English (communication with customers from the United States).
