Work Location British Columbia Office Job Title: Senior Analyst, Integrated Planning Location: Kelowna-BC, London-ON, Bolton-ON, Atholville-NB Department: Supply Chain About the Role We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Integrated Planning to support our supply chain transformation journey—beginning with the migration from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), and continuing into the design and implementation of scalable demand, supply, capacity, and inventory planning processes. This role will serve as a key contributor to process design, systems integration, financial projection modeling, and the development of our supply chain technology roadmap. The ideal candidate is structured, systems-minded, and proactive—able to translate cross-functional needs into executable planning solutions that support both strategic goals and day-to-day execution. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary representative for planning and master data during the ERP transition (Business Central ? F&O) Collaborate with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, and BT to ensure planning requirements are embedded in process and system design Map and document current-state and future-state workflows across demand, supply, capacity, and inventory management Support data cleansing, migration, and governance related to BOMs, routings, items, planning parameters, and calendars Contribute to the selection and phased implementation of an Advanced Planning System (APS) Support the development of capacity planning processes, including labor modeling, constraint planning, and resource availability Assist in designing and improving inventory management processes, including safety stock logic, days-of-supply targets, and replenishment parameters Support the execution of planning processes while helping to define the long-term supply chain technology roadmap in partnership with leadership and BT Link planning logic with financial projections and scenario analysis to support executive decision-making Drive continuous improvement in planning data quality, process visibility, and cross-functional alignment Participate in ERP testing (UAT), documentation, and end-user training Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field 3–7 years of experience in supply chain planning, ERP systems, or process development Strong knowledge of demand, supply, capacity, and inventory planning principles Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics 365 F&O, Business Central, SAP, Oracle) Skilled in process mapping, master data structuring, and scenario modeling Exposure to financial planning concepts (e.g., forecast vs. budget, constrained supply scenarios, cost drivers) Familiarity with APS tools (e.g., Kinaxis, SAP IBP, OMP, Blue Yonder) is a strong asset Experience supporting inventory optimization or technology roadmap initiatives is a plus Preferred Traits Confident and proactive in cross-functional settings Able to defend planning ideas and communicate system logic to both business and technical teams Curious and systems-oriented, with a passion for building scalable, data-driven processes Comfortable balancing execution needs with long-term improvement opportunities As a valued member of the SNDL team, you will enjoy: Competitive total compensation and incentives A top-notch extended benefits package including medical, extended health, and a healthcare spending account An entrepreneurial and innovative environment that fosters growth and continuous learning We are grateful for the interest in this role from all candidates, however, we will be contacting only those that are selected for next steps in the hiring process.
