Join our team today!Job DescriptionReporting to the Clinical Services Manager, Clinic Lead, Outpatient Rehabilitation Services - Corporate, will nurture and support the development and growth of day-to-day operations within the departments, ensuring a respectful and inclusive environment. This position will take on administrative responsibilities, including staff support and collaboration with key internal and external partners.Accountabilities:Provide effective leadership and support to team members, fostering collaboration and a positive work environmentWork closely with the program manager to ensure effective and efficient program operations, contributing to strategic planning and implementation of organizational and program specific initiativesEnsure a thorough understanding and enforcement of corporate and program-specific policies and procedures, guiding staff in compliance and best practicesContribute to regular reviews of policies and procedures related to program practices, ensuring they remain relevant and effectiveCollaborate with the manager and lead projects as assigned aimed at enhancing quality improvement and services within the departmentActively contribute to the overarching vision and mandate of the program, aligning team efforts with organizational goals and valuesRequired to supervise students in specific professional designations, ensuring they receive proper guidance and supportProvide support to volunteers and other student placements as required in collaboration with department staff as required (i.e. co-op program, etc.)Provide coaching and constructive feedback to the interdisciplinary team to support professional growth and improve collaborationCoordinate and participate in departmental and team educations programs to enhance staff knowledge and skillsDelegate appropriate responsibilities to program assistants as needed to ensure efficient program operationsMaintain and update departmental resources and assist in the development of any additional tools as neededMaintain accurate and timely records, reports and statistics for departmental operationsAssist in planning for vacations, leaves of absence and illness to ensure consistent staffing levelsAssist in the hiring process and orientation of new team members in collaboration with department specific staff, ensuring a smooth onboarding experienceManage staffing responsibilities related to daily operations, ensuring adequate coverage and support for all activitiesUtilize Osler’s tools as needed (i.e. DIMENSIONS, LMS, etc.) to ensure accuracy of information, support departmental goals and Osler’s strategic planParticipate in complex care planning as neededAddress concerns from patients and families in consultation with the manager, ensuring timely and effective responsesQualificationsUndergraduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, kinesiology)Current registration with respective regulatory bodies (i.e. for physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology or kinesiology)Three to five years experience in an outpatient rehab/MSK/neuro/WSIB settingOne year of recent leadership experienceBroad understanding of outpatient service operations, including protocols and care plans for OP MSK, OP neuro/stroke/rehab, WSIBExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesAdvanced proficiency in computer applicationsStrong critical thinking and analytical skillsBasic understanding of change management and quality improvement techniquesProficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reportingDemonstrated ability to effectively coach, develop, and mentor allied health professionals and physicians to enhance program qualityAbility to work independently and collaboratively within an interprofessional teamExcellent attendance and strong work recordMust demonstrate Osler's Values of Respect, Excellence, Service, Compassion, Innovation and CollaborationAdditional InformationHours: Currently days/evenings, including weekends and statutory holidays (subject to change in accordance with operational requirements)Internal application deadline date: August 21, 2025#LI- GG1 #FTOsler values inclusivity and diversity in the workplace.
