Join our dynamic Operational Insights team within the business and play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of key initiatives in GWAM Operations. This role will be responsible for all prioritization activities, maintaining the backlog and ensuring the operational insights team has a great relationship with stakeholders. In addition to overseeing team priorities, you will be passionate about leading your own data initiatives which include working closely with our team’s developers in solving problems with automation. As a Product Owner on the Operational Insights team, you will lead the development and delivery of data-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency, transparency, and decision-making across Global Wealth and Asset Management. You will collaborate with multi-functional teams to define product vision, prioritize features, and ensure successful execution of analytics and reporting initiatives. Position Responsibilities: Product Ownership & Strategy Define and maintain the product roadmap for operational insights tools and dashboards. Translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories. Prioritize backlog items based on business value, risk, and technical feasibility. Stakeholder Engagement Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, data engineers, and developers. Facilitate workshops and feedback sessions to gather requirements and validate solutions. Communicate product vision and progress to senior leadership and other stakeholders. Data & Analytics Delivery Supervise the development of data pipelines, dashboards, and operational reports. Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance standards are upheld. Support the adoption of self-service analytics tools across the organization. Agile Execution Monitor delivery timelines. Continuously refine and improve product features based on user feedback and performance metrics. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, or data analytics. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Solid understanding of wealth management operations and regulatory environment. Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and SQL. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Knowledge of agile principles and experience with common agile tools & methods like Confluence, JIRA, User story writing skills, sprint planning and backlog grooming Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Azure Data Services (e.g., SQLMI, Data Factory, Databricks, KeyVault). Familiarity with operational risk, compliance, or data governance. Product Owner certification (e.g., CSPO, SAFe PO/PM).
