Your Role
The Sales Coordinator will provide support to our U.S. Federal Sales team, who
serve civilian agencies, Department of Defense and the intelligence community
What You Will Accomplish
· Support the sales team by performing administrative duties.
· Opportunity management, creation of sales quotes and entering purchase
orders as needed for the sales team.
· Collaborate with sales enablement and revenue operations on required
sales analytics and reports from Salesforce.
· Uphold complete and accurate records of all customer activities in our
CRM system.
· Prepare required sales literature to facilitate the selling process.
· Liaise with legal, finance or channel account team for any license and
channel partner agreement modifications.
· Work with Operations teams to ensure products and services are
efficiently delivered.
· RFP (RFQ, RFI) Framework Response and Preparation
· Event/conference preparation and co-ordination.
· Assist with driving attendance to Magnet led events and workshops.
· Coordinate resources, schedules and timelines for assigned projects.
· Promote positive working relationships with all internal and external
customers.

We’re looking for someone who checks off most, but not all, of the boxes listed
in “skills and experiences”. It’s more important to us to find candidates who
can display indicators of success through skills they have developed and
experiences they have been a part of, than to find folks who have ‘been there,
done that”. We want to be part of your development journey, and we’ll learn as
much from you as you learn from us.
There are a couple must haves, but we will keep that list short:
· 3+ years’ experience in an administrative role
· Strong computer skills (MS Office)
· Experience working in Salesforce is a must
· A customer centric approach
Nice to haves:
- Knowledge of the U.S. Federal Government is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:
The Compensation range is for the primary location for which the job is posted.
Please note that the actual compensation may vary depending on location and
job-related factors such as qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills. If
you are applying for this role outside of the primary location and you are

information with you. If the compensation structure for the role includes an
incentive component (ie. most Sales roles) the range below represents total
target compensation (TTC) (base salary + variable).
Compensation Range:
MIN: $46,900- MID: $67,000- MAX: $80,400- Currency: CAD
