Manufacturing Operations Analyst Company: Boeing Canada Operations Ltd Job Description: Boeing Canada Operations Ltd. is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Analyst reporting to the Business Operations Manager, working out of the Winnipeg, Manitoba office. This role is an integral part of the Boeing team, helping to execute a variety business needs and a partner for executive support. The position requires experience collaborating with both internal and intercompany stakeholders to ensure team deliverables are met. The Manufacturing Operations Analyst is the general focal for all items relating to reporting, including collecting, organizing, analyzing and integrating data according to established processes within the management system. Position Responsibilities: Management Information Systems and Data Analysis Provides data and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting for management review and tracking performance to plan Process Optimization / Strategic Planning Assist leaders with developing plans for executing long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives Communicates status or performance to internal and intercompany stakeholders Summarizes data and action plans Establishes and maintains the Operating Rhythm and Management System including meeting architecture and content, agenda development, and provides visibility of upcoming meetings and deliverables Leads meetings, summarizes minutes in Executive Summary format, and develops trackers and tools that assist leaders with action plan tracking and assessing performance Reviews and evaluates organizational issues and identifies options including implementation recommendations Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings or events as needed This position is expected to be 100% onsite. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 2+ years of experience in a Staff Analyst role or equivalent Exemplary professional writing skills and experience creating executive level briefings and presentations Experience in Information Management organization, management, storing and distributing information efficiently using a variety of systems Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Tools including Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point Must be highly proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, Power Query) to create reports, automate process and analyze data Experience with data analytics and metric development Must be legally able to work in Canada Individual must not pose a risk for safeguarding of controlled goods Must be eligible to handle US export-controlled data Preferred Qualifications (Education/Experience): 5+ years of experience in a Staff Analyst role or equivalent Experience with basic Structured Query Language (SQL) query writing Experience using Tableau Experience in developing standard tools and processes Experience in leading cross-functional and/or project teams Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field Typical Education and Experience: Level 2: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.). Level 3: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
