Finning is looking for a Customer Support Centre Representative (CSCR) to be the first point of contact for internal and external customers. Reporting to the Team Lead, you’ll play a vital role in call direction, incident reporting, and emergency response coordination. Job Description: Answer incoming calls, assess caller needs, and accurately redirect using corporate tools and resources. Monitor weather alerts and communicate updates to affected personnel. Manage employee safety check-ins (SPOT), including scheduling, tracking, and escalation protocols. Process service rework calls and generate reports for internal teams. Retrieve and store service letters and magazines from SIS for internal access. Fulfill literature requests after hours using the Midland ordering portal. Update corporate directory entries in FINBRP to ensure accurate contact information. Use internal systems (SalesLink, Salesforce, Aware360, Finning.com, Workday) to support customer inquiries. Handle executive-level calls with discretion and professionalism. Qualifications: Completion of high school diploma (Grade 12) Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume, 24/7 environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Proven customer service skills with a solution-oriented mindset Excellent attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Familiarity with Finning’s policies, procedures, and operational systems Comfortable navigating multiple platforms and managing sensitive information Note: This is a hybrid position based out of our Calgary location.
