In this role you will:
Direct, supervise, prioritize, and coordinate all encapsulation activities on your team to maintain quality and maximize productivity while minimizing cost
Ensure quality products are being produced at the standard rate while minimizing down time
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot all encapsulation equipment safely and efficiently
Support the team's success by ensuring staff are properly trained, motivated, and performing to the required standard, and provide recognition and feedback
Work a two-week alternating shift of Wednesday - Saturday/Thursday - Saturday 6:00 PM - 6:10 AM
You have:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in manufacturing, operations management or supply chain management, including minimum of 2 years in a supervisory capacity
Demonstrated experience in identifying opportunities for continuous improvements and driving them to completion
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Lean Six Sigma experience
