As part of the AI Business Process Specialist team, we are looking for
experienced and credible professionals who are passionate about transforming
business processes using Microsoft’s comprehensive solution portfolio. As an AI
Business Process Specialist focused on Healthcare, Government and Education, you
will work closely with private sector organisations to understand their
operational challenges and design solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
You will lead consultative engagements, orchestrate cross-functional
collaboration, and guide customers through the adoption of Microsoft’s Dynamics
365, Power Platform, ERP, and AI Agent capabilities—tailored to the needs of
clinicians, administrators, educators, and learners.
This role offers the opportunity to deepen your expertise in business process
