TO Live is looking for a dynamic, sales-driven Beverage & Concession Manager to lead our beverage operations across our three iconic venues.
Supporting TO Live performances, private rentals, and corporate events, this role is focused on maximizing revenue, enhancing guest experience, and delivering flawless service execution at every step
You’ll be responsible for end-to-end operations, including sales strategy, inventory management, staff development, and compliance all while building a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, innovation, and profitability.
This full-time position reports to the Director of Patron & Events Services and / or their designate. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following duties.
Key Responsibilities
Beverage & Concession Operations
Lead all beverage and concession services, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with sales targets.
Implement and uphold SOPs that optimize service flow and product consistency.
Enforce all licensing, health, and safety regulations with strict compliance.
Partner with Event Management to tailor offerings to event demographics and artist rider requirements.
Monitor guest feedback and service quality to drive continuous improvement.
Manage cash handling protocols, reconcile post-event sales, and generate accurate financial reporting.
Sales Strategy & Menu Development
Develop and execute revenue-maximizing sales strategies across all event types.
Design trend-forward menus that cater to diverse audiences and seasonal opportunities.
Launch high-impact upselling programs, promotions, and guest engagement initiatives.
Analyze sales trends and per capita spending; refine offerings to boost guest spend and profitability.
Drive product performance by identifying and eliminating underperforming SKUs.
Inventory & Procurement
Oversee all inventory functions, including audits, reconciliations, and vendor procurement.
Optimize ordering processes to ensure cost efficiency and product availability.
Maintain food safety and procurement compliance in line with internal policies and third-party contracts.
Build strong supplier relationships to ensure quality, pricing, and timely delivery.
Team Leadership & Development
Recruit, train, and lead front-line beverage and concession staff with a focus on sales performance.
Foster a results-oriented culture through goal-setting, incentives, and coaching.
Ensure excellent guest service, team professionalism, and alignment with organizational values.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and lead with integrity and accountability.
Additional Responsibilities
Serve as a key member of the Patron and Event Services Management Team.
Lead on-the-floor operations during events and perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
What we are looking for
Proven experience in F&B operations with a strong track record in sales and revenue generation.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams.
Knowledge of event-based service models, including high-volume environments.
Analytical mindset with comfort in reading sales reports, KPIs, and financial data.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Understanding of inventory systems, procurement processes, and vendor management.
Certification in alcohol service, food safety, or equivalent a strong asset.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Requires fast-paced mobility throughout shifts.
Familiarity with union environments and Collective Bargaining agreements.
Variable hours including late nights and weekends.
Work may occur in settings lacking natural light.
Travel between TO Live venues as needed.
