Reporting to the FP&A Manager, the Financial Analyst will play a critical role in supporting decision-making across BU North America. This position involves financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and model development to support strategic planning. About The Role: Drive financial strategy with data, innovation, and impact. Responsibilities: Analyze financial statements and conduct variance analysis to generate actionable insights Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, supply chain, marketing) to ensure accurate financial reporting Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and strategic initiatives Present findings and recommendations at monthly Business Review Meetings Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities Create standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and dashboards Apply digital capabilities to drive transformation and innovation Skills and Expertise Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
