We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst to be part of the Global FP&A Transformation program team. This position will play a key role in supporting FP&A Transformation efforts focusing on analysis of current FP&A processes and the gathering of business/data requirements to support process redesign that brings to bear tools like Anaplan, Data Lake, and Power BI. This role requires someone who is tech savvy with experience in documenting and improving processes end-to-end with domain expertise in FP&A also preferred. Position Responsibilities: Liaise between business users (FP&A teams) and developers (Anaplan COE, Power BI COE) to develop new Anaplan and Power BI features and capabilities that support forecasting and planning. Discuss with business users to identify business requirements, and prioritize requirements based on urgency and complexity. Create Anaplan and Power BI design documents (user experience mock-ups, data/process flow diagrams, calculation logic, report wireframes) and communicate to developers. Coordinate initial capability testing (project team and developers) and user acceptance testing (broader user base) Facilitate go-live implementations and provide initial round of user support immediately following implementation. Deliver training on Anaplan and Power BI features and capabilities, particularly to BAU superusers who will then cascade training to Segment/Business Unit level teams. Deliver training to Anaplan and Power BI administrators to support administrative/maintenance tasks. Required Qualifications: University degree in accounting, statistics, finance, or business management and/or recognized accounting designation (CPA, CMA, CGA or CA is a plus). Solid analytical and technical capability - ability to analyze current state processes, to elicit business and data requirements from domain experts and to present in an intuitive format to development teams for system design/development purposes. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and any experience with Power BI, Alteryx and Anaplan would also be preferred. Willingness to continuously learn new technologies and discover new ways to perform business processes more effectively and efficiently. Solid problem-solving skills and ability to work independently, using sound and independent judgment. Devoted to achieving goals, can handle tight timelines and balance multiple tasks.
