The Data Center Network Lab focuses on advancing next-generation data centre
networks and transport technologies. Working together with industry experts, the
lab addresses complex networking challenges and integrates innovative research
into various product lines. The team specializes in network protocol and
architecture design for computing, cloud and storage interconnections, aiming to
establish a leading network system. This lab fosters personal and professional
growth, encouraging learning and team development in the digital intelligence
era.
About the job:

Conduct research in the data center networks, focusing on network
optimization on the large-scale AI clusters and cloud computing networks.

Design protocols and algorithms in the transport layer for scale-up/scale-out
networks to improve the end-to-end performance of applications.

Build a simulation and/or hardware prototype to verify the design.

Collaborate with the HQ experts and corresponding product lines to promote
the implementation of our design into commercial products.

Follow the latest progress in both industry and academia.

Attend various meetings and write technical insight reports.
About the ideal Candidate:

PhD or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, with
research and development experience in designing and developing data center
networks, distributed systems, or computer architecture.

Understanding of the data center networks, distributed systems, compute
architecture, PCIe/CXL, AI, cloud computing or related technical directions.

Proficiency in C/C++, Python or P4 programming.

Proficient in communication protocols or computer architecture.
-
Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to engage effectively
both internally and externally.
