Salary Grade: Level 14 - $70,676 in starting year (pro-rated to contract length)

The Telemedicine Recruitment Coordinator will oversee all activities related to strategic sourcing, recruitment, and selection of MSF Telemedicine volunteers. Offering full-service recruitment support to the Clinical Operations and Growth telemedicine pillars, the Recruitment Coordinator will ensure high quality hiring, with a view of matching candidates based on their skill, abilities, and value alignment for the services of the MSF Telemedicine Program hosted by MSF Canada.
MSF Canada is looking for someone who will be responsible for the following:
Co-develop & refine recruitment strategies and lead the development of creative and targeted outreach and recruitment strategies for assigned region(s) and/or professional profiles and implement targeted plans in collaboration with other team members
Assess talent, working with the hiring manager and HR Business Partner to understand the skills and relevant experience needed to do the role and what the market has to offer
Monitor and achieve recruitment targets, identifying gaps in the volunteer pool as needed
Collaborates with Clinical Operations Lead to recruit appropriate medical/clinical profiles that meet the gaps and needs identified in the existing Telemedicine Volunteer network.
Act as the main point of contact for both candidates and Telemedicine leads and medical referents responsible for the vetting process throughout the talent acquisition life cycle.
Ensure data integrity, ATS functionality, and workflow management by all users in the HRIS system to provide accurate and timely reports on recruiting activities and performance.
The successful candidate will bring to MSF Canada:
Proficiency in French and English
Education, training, or certification in human resources, talent acquisition or related combination of relevant transferable experience
Experience with selection tools and processes, particularly in relation to full cycle recruitment
Demonstrated understanding of the industry and candidate sourcing techniques for active and passive candidates
Demonstrated aptitude in empathy, social skills, active listening, relationship building, problem solving, and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to manage competing tasks and priorities with professionalism, accuracy, and quality; organization and high level of attention to detail; time management and adaptability
Experience facilitating and/or conducting interviews to elicit relevant and needed information
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment techniques
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (or compatible) applications
