Nous recherchons un gestionnaire des ventes (transport) dynamique et axé sur les résultats pour soutenir notre croissance continue. Il s’agit d’un vrai rôle de chasseur, vous serez responsable de l’ensemble du cycle de vente, de la prospection à la conclusion, en passant par l’intégration des nouveaux clients. Vous serez sur le terrain, en première ligne, à bâtir des relations solides et à collaborer avec nos équipes internes pour offrir des solutions de transport adaptées aux besoins réels des clients. Ce que vous ferez • Identifier et conclure de nouvelles opportunités d'affaires en transport • Gérer le cycle complet de vente, de la prospection à la signature • Développer et entretenir des relations avec les clients nouveaux et existants • Concevoir des solutions personnalisées en collaboration avec les équipes des opérations et des prix • Suivre les tendances du marché et surveiller la concurrence • Participer à des salons commerciaux et représenter Lineage sur le marché • Suivre les activités et les résultats dans Salesforce Ce que vous apportez • Expérience en vente B2B dans le domaine du transport, de la logistique ou de la chaîne d’approvisionnement • Capacité démontrée à conclure des ventes et à gérer des cycles de vente complexes • Excellentes compétences en communication et en présentation • Esprit entrepreneurial, orienté vers les résultats, capable de travailler de manière autonome • Expérience avec les outils CRM (Salesforce est un atout) • Diplôme universitaire en affaires, vente, marketing ou domaine connexe • Bilinguisme anglais/français fortement préféré • Disponibilité à voyager jusqu’à 20 % du temps Pourquoi vous joindre à nous • Travailler pour un leader mondial avec une mission porteuse de sens • Excellentes possibilités d’avancement et de développement professionnel • Rémunération concurrentielle avec primes basées sur la performance • Modèle de travail hybride Why Lineage?
