Main duties will be: managing performance, coaching the team and supporting the day-to-day activities to run the Business Analysis function. Details on your work arrangement (proportion of on-site and remote work) will be discussed at the time of your interview How You’ll Succeed Understanding Requirements – Conduct analysis of processes and functional or reporting requirements to document, communicate and negotiate also propose the best practices to stakeholders. Knowledge of and ability to utilize use case analysis, define and document business & solution requirements. Provide SME advice and direction to internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the requirements work packages are appropriately defined. Work with internal partners - Determine, negotiate, and manage services to the agreed standards. Monitor service levels to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend appropriate solutions. People Leadership – Lead and coach a high performing group team of individuals. Direct, motivate, and develop your team, maximizing their contributions and professional growth. Share knowledge and collaborate to come up with effective solutions to problems. Relationship Management – Work with technical design and development team across multiple line of business for requirement socialization and supporting development and build. Coordinate and lead cross-functional tasks or work packages to identify and document functional or non-functional requirements, workflow, information sources and system specifications. Partner with project manager, technical manager, vendors, business, and all other stakeholders to ensure accurate execution of project(s). Who You Are You can demonstrate experience with minimum 3 years leading and/or managing a team primarily consisting of but not limited to, Business Analysts within a capital markets financial institution. You have experience with business process modeling, IT project management. You have experience on requirements gathering, documentation and data analysis. Ideally you have professional exposure to Stakeholder management, supporting the prioritizing of work, System Development Lifecycle, Application Delivery and implementation. You have previous experience with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps. It is an asset if: You have experience within Regulatory space (ie: Regulatory Compliance). Established background in launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams and high degree of proficiency in prototyping, iterative development, understanding of Agile principles You have a degree/diploma in: Computer Science/Engineering and/or a related field.
