Our success lies in our innovation and safety, and our dedication to reliable, on-time deliveryJob Description Operate a commercial vehicle for nighttime deliveries, Monday through Friday, with a start time of 19:00, servicing our dedicated customer.Safely and efficiently complete deliveries in an assigned pre-loaded order, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.Perform pickups as required, ensuring proper documentation and handling of goods.Start and finish each shift at our Cambridge, ON location, maintaining punctuality and reliability.Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any issues or maintenance needs promptly.Accurately use Electronic Logging Devices (ELD Issac) to track hours of service and comply with transportation regulations.Maintain clear communication with dispatch, customers, and other relevant parties throughout the shift.Handle and operate an electric pallet jack safely and efficiently for loading and unloading cargo.Ensure proper securing of cargo and maintain load stability throughout transport.Adapt to route changes or additional stops as needed during the shift.Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, including proper inventory of necessary supplies and equipment.Comply with all company safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).Complete all required paperwork and digital documentation accurately and in a timely manner.Represent the company professionally when interacting with customers and the public.Participate in ongoing training and safety meetings as required by the company.
