(Night Shift) for our New-Life Mills division based in Denfield, ON.

YOUR ROLE
The Shipper/Receiver & Warehouse (Night Shift) is responsible for the accurate
and efficient handling of incoming and outgoing feed and feed ingredients. This
role ensures all shipping and receiving tasks are completed safely and in
compliance with company procedures and industry regulations.
DAY TO DAY
Shift: 10:00pm to 6:00am
Starting Wage: $22.83 per hour
Full Time Rate: $25.94 per hour (After 90 Days)
- Receive bulk ingredients accurately by verifying shipping records and placing
them in the correct bins.
- Operate processing control systems for shipping and receiving raw materials
and finished goods.
- Follow all quality control practices, including FeedAssure and HACCP
guidelines.
- Inspect, sample, test, and document bulk ingredient deliveries and finished
feed shipments.
- Use automated shipping and receiving systems efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with mill operators and drivers to coordinate workflow.
- Accurately follow written and verbal instructions.
- Maintain and file records in a clear and organized manner.
- Interact with the public in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.
- Adhere to safety rules and company policies at all times.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to lift and carry 40kg bags safely.
- Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work overtime, including weekends.
- Flexibility to work alternate shifts as needed.
- A-Z License is an asset and preferred.
