Work location: Home Office 1303 Yonge St City: Toronto What you will do: The Event Manager, Groups and Events (Contract) is primarily responsible for working closely with clients, venues, theatres, and internal departments. The Group Sales Event Manager also provides input on improving internal processes and sharing best practices. Must be proficient with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PPT) and CRM. Must have excellent customer service and problem solving skills. This is a hybrid position (3 days in the office). Office location is 1303 Yonge Street, Toronto. This is a short-term contract position to September 30, 2025. Key Responsibilities Responsible for all administrative tasks including portal entries, opportunities in CRM, tracker entries, contracts, event profiles and invoicing to ensure that the sales process is completed efficiently and accurately. Coordination and planning of event details with clients including upselling where possible and working closely with theatres and venues to share best practices and ensure excellent event execution. Provide input and assistance to the Sr. Sales Manager in developing event strategy, objectives and initiatives aligning with the organization’s overall goals and strategies.
